The house has natural antique pine wood flooring throughout. It is approximately 1000 sq ft larger than the other units with a gourmet kitchen,custom cabinets, granite tops, stainless steel applainces, gas stove and seperate ice maker. The bathrooms all have glass shower enclosures,custom cabinets and marble tops. The master and guest closets have custom built-in's. The home features ten foot ceilings with custom woodworkings throughout and is beautifully decorated. The downstairs has it's own separate family room with a large TV, a desk area, including a fax machine,WiFi, complementary phone to the states and a utility room with a large washer/dryer. The main family room has a large flatscreen TV and DVD as well as a Bose Sirius Stereo system. All TV's are Direct TV. The house is wrapped by a 80x10 ft. covered porch overlooking the beautiful Sea of Abaco and our gorgeous white sandy beach as well as the pool. You are steps away from both. . .
