The Le Brun Beach House is approximately 4000 sq. ft. and was completed in 1994.
The incredible teak interior took three and a half years to complete, often employing a talented
crew of eight artists or more. The beach house boasts hand-crafted Burmese teak furniture
and fixtures displaying traditional woodworking skills and techniques seldom seen anymore.
From the truly spectacular banister inviting you into the house to individually carved doors inside and out, this home encourages you to touch and feel this labor of love.

Beside the obvious beauty of the home, this house offers many conveniences and
luxuries sure to please. Rare to Lake Tahoe, the Le Brun Beach House offers a private sandy beach as well as a
boat dock right outside the front door for easy access, so no buoys or shuttles needed.

$1,500 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 30 days before check-in. $1,500.00 security deposit. $400.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
