This spectacular oceanfront home with it's breathtaking views, is nestled along the jagged lava rock coastline of Laie Point, a peninsula known for it's dramatic beauty, spirituality, and folklore. The tranquility of this home with its vaulted ceilings and soaring windows is undeniable. Sitting directly above the ocean on the endless decks, you can allow the waves to enchant you and fill your body and soul with peace, beauty, and serenity. While advertised to sleep 16, this house could accommodate up to 20 guests on a case by case basis (there is an upstairs loft with 2 full sized beds).

This is the ideal home for a relaxing romantic getaway, and the perfect home for multiple families and couples needing much space and privacy. This 6 bedroom home features two separate living quarters with 3 oceanfront bedrooms, an oceanfront dining area, and an additional kitchenette and pool table on the lower level. Beautiful beaches are just steps away and panoramic views from all around. Nearby attractions include miles of secluded white beaches, excellent hiking trails, winter surf on the North Shore, and the Polynesian Cultural Center showcasing island nationalities, fire shows, IMAX theater and a nightly luau. The recently renovated Turtle Bay Hilton is just 10 minutes away. Enjoy the resort's new spa, restaurants, tennis, horseback riding and surf lessons.

All properties are individually owned and furnished but will come with a basic sundry starter kit for at least 2 loads of dishes and laundry, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a 2-3 garbage bags for the kitchen, 2-3 garbage bags for the bathroom, hand soap for the bathroom and dish soap for the kitchen. Properties are not re-stocked like hotel rooms and for visits longer than 3-4 days, it is recommended that guests procure additional items necessary for personal use. Guests also need to bring personal toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel/soap.

Rates

$895 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $2,000.00 security deposit. $650.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Reviews

  • The property managers were wonderful and very helpful on a daily basis. Some of the amenities were either in poor condition, broken, or non existent. There are not two kitchens, which created difficulties for 20 people staying there. The one refrigerator was small. Some fans and TVA did not work. Hot tub kept breaking down. There was no @land line as advertised. Otherwise the house has spectacular views, is close to many hikes and beaches and nicely accomm9dates a large group.

Comment by Owner/Manager:

There are now two full kitchens; the downstairs kitchen has a new range and refrigerator. That has been corrected in the amenities list. The fan they brought to our attention as 'not working' was actual an installed heat fan that is set on a temperature timer to turn on when it gets too hot to cool the room down, but because it came on at intervals/they couldn't turn it on and off, they thought it was broken. We explained this many times. When the hot tub first showed issues, the renters did not call us to inform us but took it upon themselves to try and fix it first, and called us about a week into their stay and said it hadn't been working for a few days. When the repairman arrived, the front panel had been taken off by the renters and had been messed with quite a bit. The repair man had to reset everything and do a lot of work that otherwise would not have need to be done. None the less, all issues have been resolved with the hot tub. Landline has been taken out of the list of amenities. Not sure what other amenities they are referring to as broken or non existent since they didn't list. The only thing they told us verbally was a set of dull knives--we got new ones and of the 6 TV's in the house, one that stopped working during their stay (we are getting a new one.).

  • We rented this property for my mother's 80th birthday celebration and a 10 day Hawaiian vacation! We were so pleased with the rental it was just what our family of 18 people needed! It is in a beautiful location. We had a rental car so the drive to most things was not to much of a problem. The beach was a little ways away but there are so many beautiful beaches that we got plenty of time to lay in the sun and play in the ocean. The guy in charge of taking care of the rental was very nice and help us quickly with any small problems we had. We really enjoyed ourselves. We cooked our meals in the kitchen and found it had everything we needed. This was an amazing experience and would highly recommend this rental if you don't mind driving to most of the popular attraction. It is a beautiful home!
