The Villa main house features three floors including large bedrooms and living rooms, two kitchens, spacious wooden decks, two heated pools (80 ft and 40 ft), x bathrooms, graded terraces, an office and gym, the largest tropical garden of the island; all delineated with elegant grey stonewalls. Exclusive services and easy access to the most attractive beach of the island are also part of the deal.

The Villa Living Areas:
The housing is spacious, equipped with stylish contemporary furniture matching the islands tropical location, long dining tables for up than 20 guests, wide and deep sofas, plus the most modern electronics and wifi.
In every room, the designer furniture is made out of deep brown Wenge wood and white blasted oak wood. The parquet floors are made of lacquered white oak.

The villas main floor features a master bedroom, a large living room and two fully equipped kitchens; one air-conditioned and the other open on the dining area with a high bar. The two swimming pools are at that as well, but within the outdoors deck: one lap pool for the exercise-oriented, eighty-foot long; and one family pool with graded access, forty-foot long.

The villas top floor offers one master bedroom and two adjacent bedrooms, each with its bathroom. It has a sweeping view on the ocean, the pools and the terraces. Two guest bedrooms are located on each side of that master bedroom; one has a private access to a deck overlooking the ocean view, and one offers a grand view on the Saline pond and the hills beyond.

The Guests outer villas.
Down a short, curved stone staircase from the main building, the two guest villas offer separate accommodations for guests or private staff.
The first guesthouse features a large outside living room as well as the fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with adjacent bathroom.
The second guesthouse offers covered terrace open on the tropical garden plus bedroom and bathroom.
In both cases, deep brown Wenge wood and white blasted oak design furniture is also adorning the guest villas.

The Tropical Garden:
The tropical garden covers two acres and features bougainvilleas, coconut trees and countless smaller trees and flower-bearing bushes native to the island.

Transportation
For cross-island transportation, The Villa will include use of three vehicles. Tentatively at this stage, they will be a convertible Mini Cooper, a Jeep Wrangler and a Grand Vitara
Going to the beach
For the short trip to the beach, a small electric car will also be available. Or you can also take an easy walk can following a path of only a few hundred feet.

Exclusive Food Accommodations
During your stay, a chef will be at your service at any time to prepare fine dishes to your liking. This is unique for St. Barth.
Other Unique Services

The Villa will also be offering another totally exclusive service for St. Barth: maid service every day including Sundays and public holidays.
Five days each the week, massages will also be available free for two guests on a massage palapa table.
Five days a week a coach will come to the villa to train you in the state of the art fitness room.
