The best part of the house for us was that the dining room table was so big, all 13 of us were able to sit together! We also loved the fact that each family had their own bathroom. Sure made getting ready easier. There are no washclothes or dishrags, only towels (???) We took family pictures on the roof, and also off the second floor railing over the front door looking down on the driveway. They turned out wonderful....as well as the ones with the sunset and city lights behind us. I do have a MAJOR COMPLAINT!! The first day we were there it was discovered that the hot tub did not work. When I had done a serch to find a house, this was a mandatory item for a house. Our kids grew up with us having one, and we have wonderful memories in our hot tub together. The weather did not permit us to use the pool, so the hot tub was even more a necessity. I know the owners changed the filters the first day, but this did not fix the problem. They had a whole week to get it fixed and it never was (?????) With paying over $4000, we expected it to be fixed! We loved Ken and Sarah...they are wonderful people, but we would have liked the hot tub fixed on that first Monday. Is a particial refund in order??? Overall, we just loved the place.... it truely was luxurious and would recommend it to anyone! Greg and Brenda Sandeno

Starting from $649.00 per night. $350.00 down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $350.00 security deposit. $125.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
