Starting from $650.00 per night. 25% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 30 days before check-in. $300.00 security deposit. $350.00 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
Reviews
The house is beautiful. What we liked most was the patio upstairs and downstairs. The view is amazing and the pool, grill area was very useful. What we liked least about the unit was the pathway to the boat slip. Not only is the hill treacherous, but there are no lights or railings. This is a huge liability, especially for anyone elderly. The customer service I received was pretty standard for what I expected. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone, but my advice for the owners is to invest in a better method for navigating the hill down to the water. Other advice I'd offer to the owners is to communicate visitation to the house more effectively. We had a maintenance man come to the house unannounced each day, sometimes multiple times. This would be fine if we had known it was scheduled and if he would have made his presence known, but members of our group would approach me about a strange man wandering around the house and I'd have to go inspect. This was a bit frustrating. But the house was great overall, easy to find, and secluded enough to be private and quiet. We spent quite a bit of time on the water while we were there, but we would definitely come back again to rent.
