There are sleeping quarters in the house for 8 adults. There are four bedrooms in the main house, the fifth bedroom is in the pool house which has a double bed futon and private bathroom with large shower. The pool house also has a small kitchenette with cabinets and apt. sized refrigerator and large sink, microwave and hot plate. There is a total of 5. 5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private bath and the pool house has a private bath and there is a half bath in the entry foyer.

Home is located within walking/biking distance to the country's finest beach - Coopers Beach, private beach open only to village residents/renters. Walk to the village of Southampton where you can dine with your choice of all varieties of gourmet food. Spend the afternoon shopping for antiques, or just shop at the many designer stores in town. Parking is very easy at Cooper's Beach. You can pull right up to the beachfront and let your guests out of the car. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach, there is a large patio with a small restaurant and refreshment stand. You can ride your bikes to beach, no charge to enter. Famous Coopers Beach is about 2. 1 miles away, Lake Agawam is less than one mile. Parking at the beach is $40 per day

Drive out to Montauk Point for the day and walk along the cliffs overlooking the most beautiful views of the oceans. Bike ride along our quaint roads to the beaches passing by multi-million estates belonging to the movie stars.
