Hilo Lagoon Center #526 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 5th floor condo in the heart of Hilo Town. The setting is so serene that you'll easily forget you're in the middle of one of Hawaii's largest towns! Views of Wailoa State Park lagoons and more! The location is so convenient, the views are incredible, and the condo is nicely decorated and packed with every amenity you'll need, including two master bedroom suites, a full kitchen, Wifi, a pool, and central A/C.

Lagoon Center 526 has a great floorplan, with two bedroom suites separated by the living room and kitchen. One bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The other has a queen bed and a workspace, perfect for your laptop if you have to do some working while you stay. Both bedrooms have a full, ensuite bathroom with a vessel sink, vanity, toilet and shower. Each bedroom has a private balcony with a sweeping view of the parks, lakes and gardens just outside Lagoon Center.

The living room has comfortable seating, a large TV with cable access and a DVD player. High speed internet including Wifi is also provided. The living room also has a balcony that shares the same green, lush views and the koi pond below. The galley kitchen is just off the living room and is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals if you decide to eat in. There's an electric range, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and plenty of pots and pans. Dishes, cups and plates are also provided, along with many other useful kitchen implements. Bar seating for 4 adults.

The Lagoon Center has a large pool with a restroom, gas grill, and plenty of lounge chairs for your use. A shared laundry room with coin operated machines is conveniently down the hall from the unit on the same floor. Even though the location is quiet and serene, you're within a 5 minute drive of Hilo Bayfront, the University of Hawaii Hilo campus, and dozens of local shops and restaurants.

The many beach parks of Keaukaha are 15 minutes away. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is a 45 minute drive. The major improvements to Saddle Road allow you to cross the island in about an hour and a half to explore the Kona and Kohala coasts.

QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

PARKING:

Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks or mailboxes.
