Please note:
The Spalling Project (repair of common area walkways and stairwells)AOAO will be starting a common area hallway Spalling Project beginning on Monday, October 3rd. Walkways being worked on will be closed to ALL foot traffic between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Work will begin on the North building, then progress to the Center building, and lastly the South building. Spalling work on each building is currently planned to start on the 4th floor with work progressing down to the 3rd and then 2nd, (there is no spalling work to be done on 1st floor, only entryway carpet replacement). Each building is presumable to be completed before moving on to the next. The contractor has given an estimated 10-week window to complete the work..., so with 9 halls to complete, at this time, they can only assume that each hall will take a week to complete. They are not anticipating closing any buildings.

Modern and contemporary designs, furnishings and accents complement this completely renovated, and newly updated, Kahana vacation rental. No detail was missed in this well-appointed condo. The fully equipped kitchen is completely open to the living area, creating a large open living space. Just off of the living room is the private lanai which overlooks the pool and has sweeping oceanfront views of the neighboring island of Molokai.

This 2nd-floor one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo features a king bed in the bedroom. The additional sleeping option of a sofa sleeper in the living allows for a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. The sofa and chair in the living room were replaced in February 2022. Stay cool with the ocean breezes and ceiling fans (no Air Conditioning).

This Kahana resort on the west side of Maui is located just a couple of miles north of Ka'anapali and features an oceanfront pool and nice BBQ area. There are shops and dining options within walking distance and the resort is just a short drive north to Kapalua and Napili and a 15-minute drive to historic Lahaina Town.

This resort offers free unassigned parking.
