Our exquisite 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath resort home cradles its guests in the lap of sumptuous serenity. Situated on a premiere private corner lot overlooking the 13th green of the exclusive Keolu golf course, this home boasts over 4,200 square feet of interior living space and 1,500 square feet of exterior covered lanai with plush sofa seating. This luxury oasis that sleeps eight promises an ideal and memorable vacation for family or a group of friends.

Sit back and unwind in the eight-person spa with waterfall spillover and enjoy spectacular vistas of the Pacific Ocean, Kohala Coastline and the Island of Maui from the wet deck of the serpentine infinity pool. Outdoor living extends to the large BBQ grill area with wet bar, lounge chairs, expertly designed tropical landscaping surrounding the grassy lawn, and a beautiful dining table with seating for eight.

A private motor court situated under a lush canopy of monkey pod trees welcomes you to the grounds. Stroll through the carved mahogany exterior doors to find a courtyard with a tranquil water feature. The stunning ocean view, visible through the double glass entry doors and enjoyed from the great room, kitchen, lanai, pool deck, and master suite will take your breath away.

The great room boasts tornado travertine flooring and soaring inlaid vaulted ceilings featuring mahogany open beams and woven grass mats. Furnishings, fixtures and decor are top of class throughout the home. A stately dining table for eight, plush sofa seating and 60 flat screen TV appoint the great room. The home is equipped with a Crestron System, allowing remote automation for lighting, sound system, entry and exit doors and the 7-zone air conditioning system. With the simple press of a button, the motorized shades and pocket doors open to the capacious covered lanai, lawn, BBQ area and pool deck.

The fully-equipped kitchen is one of the largest in all of Hualalai and provides abundant space for gourmet meal preparations by a private chef or yourselves while entertaining guests. We are happy to assist with hiring private chefs! Beautiful Ayers Green granite slab counter tops, rich mahogany cabinetry, bar seating with ocean views, and an over-sized cooking island with prep sink are only some of the decadent features on offer. Appliances include a double door Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, separate Sub-Zero wine cooler with beverage drawers and a Sub-Zero under counter wine cooler, two Fisher Paykel dish drawer washing systems and another full-sized Bosch dishwasher. Elegant custom blown-glass art adorns the ceiling and a sliding pocket serving window leads from the kitchen to the outdoor BBQ and dining area.

The Master Bedroom enjoys sunset and ocean views along with a California king bed, 52 flat screen TV, mahogany open beam vaulted ceilings, American Walnut floors, and its own private lanai. The luxurious master bathroom contains a double vanity, Fusion Hardware fixtures and a large walk-in closet. The bathroom is directly connected to the outdoors via a lush tropical outdoor shower garden with planted orchids, Ohia wood bench and shower details, and a large cast stone outdoor bathtub.

There are three additional spacious bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom, wall mounted flat screen TV and outdoor shower garden. The fourth bedroom is a guest suite with its own separate courtyard entry, kitchenette with a sink, microwave oven and refrigerator. The media room has stacking privacy doors allowing privacy from other rooms in the house, and offers a comfortable large sofa, surround-sound system and noise dampening cork and gold leaf walls, beckoning you to put your feet up and enjoy a movie in the comfort of your home away from home.

Please be advised that the homeowners yellow Labrador retriever occasionally visits the home. The home is cleaned thoroughly and regularly, but there may be minimal dog dander present.

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort Hualalais Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees, paid directly to the resort, are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $32.50-$125 (ages 5-13), Adults: $65-$250 (Ages 14+). All residential rental guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt in for selected consecutive days (minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay. Resort services, amenities and fees are subject to change at any time. - This is a non-smoking home.
- Please keep all noise to a minimum between the hours of 8PM - 8 AM so that neighbors are not disturbed.
- No animals or household pets are allowed in the house.
- Children under 14 years of age must at all times be under the immediate and direct supervision of their parents, a brother or sister over 18 or another responsible adult.
- Adherence to maximum occupancy is enforced.
- No burning candles.
- No guests of guests.
- No moving furniture.
- No eating in the living rooms or outside of designated dining areas with tables and chairs.
- No pots and pans in the dishwasher.
- Please close garage doors when not in use.
- Always turn off the air conditioning system when doors or windows are open. Failure to do so that results in water damage to walls/ceilings/floors or damage to A/C system will be subject to fees equal to the cost of the necessary repairs. If the damage exceeds the maximum allowable from accidental damage insurance coverage or the amount of the security deposit, Guest is liable for the difference.


- No running, pushing playmates, no jumping on others, no diving or jumping in shallow water or dunking.
- Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs as your judgment will be impaired and you could become unconscious and drown.
- Do not permit playful screaming for help (false alarms) which might mask a real emergency.
- Sand, dirt, etc., must be washed off before using the pool and hot tub.
- All children under age 12 shall be supervised by an adult at all times
- Any person having any skin disease, open sore, inflamed eyes or communicable disease shall not use the pool or hot tub.
- Infants and toddlers not potty trained are required to wear swim diapers in pool.


Members, their family and guests must conform to all policies and standards of the Club. Any person who is intoxicated or seemingly intoxicated may be denied further sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages while at any of the Club Facilities or the Resort and may be requested to leave the Club Facilities or the Resort, as the case may be. All persons at the Club Facilities or the Resort are expected to restrain themselves from the use of profanity and unruly conduct.

No garments, towels, swimwear or other objects shall be hung from windows, verandas or exterior of the building.

No animals or household pets are allowed in the Resort Facilities.

Please do not block driveways and walkways.

Children under 14 years of age must at all times be under the immediate and direct supervision of their parents, a brother or sister over 18 or another responsible adult.

Commercial solicitation of members, their family members and guests of the Resort is contrary to the atmosphere provided in the setting of the Club Facilities and Resort Facilities and is not be permitted.
A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied to any stays over 14 days in the amuont of half the cost of the departure cleaning service.
