This luxury two-story townhome features four bedrooms (including two primary suites) and 4.5 baths, with its own private pool and spa, in an exclusive gated community. Only about 500 yards from two exceptional resorts and two of the most renowned white-sand beaches on the island, it provides a perfect tropical retreat for families.

The floor plan of Kauna'oa 7B includes retractable pocket doors that create seamless indoor-outdoor living. The spacious living room has an open ceiling to the second floor, along with beautiful interior design and furnishings. A gourmet open-concept kitchen with top-quality appliances (including a Viking refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, range and oven), granite countertops, and all the necessities makes it feel like a home away from home.

A ground-floor primary suite with a king bed opens onto a spacious covered lanai with views of the pool and spa. The ensuite primary bath is well-appointed with double sinks, a sunken tub, and a large walk-in closet. Also on the ground floor is another guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom.

A grand stairway made of beautiful cherry wood leads to another luxurious primary suite with a king bed and sweeping ocean and sunset views from the lanai. This bedroom is complete with a large walk-in closet, stunning en suite bathroom, and large television. There is a second guest bedroom upstairs with two queen beds and a private bathroom.

Central air conditioning with three zones and separate temperature controls plus island-style ceiling fans help keep you cool and comfortable. This is a no-smoking unit.

Outdoors at Kauna'oa 7B, enjoy the lush tropical landscaping and private pool/spa with a small waterfall feature in your own backyard garden, surrounded by tropical foliage, tiki torches, and outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue grill, and the spacious lanais are ideal for sunbathing, watching the evening sunset, and dining under the starry sky.

Kauna'oa is a private community of 24 estate home sites and 20 luxury townhomes set on 52 acres rising gently over magnificent Kauna'oa Bay. It is a serene and beautiful neighborhood with extra amenities just 500 yards from the ocean. A private par-three practice course by Weiskopf Designs Group is the centerpiece of the Kauna'oa Country Club, an elegant facility reserved exclusively for homeowners and their guests, with a large infinity pool, hot tub, and fitness center.
