This private single-family home features a large living room with high vaulted ceilings and a modern open-concept kitchen, all with views of the expansive mountain/volcanic landscape and large grassy yard. The master bedroom features a king bed with en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and soaking tub. On the other side of the main living space there are an additional two guest bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a shower and tub, bringing the home's sleep capacity to six. The developer upgrades of this home include an oversized grassy yard and double the covered outdoor lanai space (760 square feet) with a built in gas BBQ and plenty of seating for guests to enjoy the panoramic mountain views.

Guests may park in the covered garage and may use the beach gear provided. Ainamalu is located in the world-renowned Waikoloa Resort, where the Big Island's best beaches, restaurants and nightlife are only a short drive away. Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer (detergent provided), iron and ironing board and hair dryer. All guests who stay at Ainamalu will have access to use the Ainamalu Oasis with communal pool (still under construction, completion date to be announced). Parking for two vehicles is available. Ainamalu is a non-smoking property. Check-in office (located at the Mauna Lani Terrace) is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.
