The Sunrise Racquet Club is a gated community in central Palm Springs, complete with 6 salt water pools and spas. The complex has 7 tennis courts including a stadium court. The adjacent clubhouse contains 2 racquetball courts. The property consists of about 44 acres of common area with ponds and waterfalls all adding to a sense of serenity. There is a monthly potluck social in the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a beautiful kitchen and library.
You will love the contemporary style of this home, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, central A/C, ceiling fans and a one-car garage.
