Located in the highly sought-after community of Windsor Island, this 10-bedroom, 8-bathroom vacation home has themed bedrooms, a games room, private pool, and many other luxury features that are sure to impress you. There are two living rooms. The first living room, the main living room, has plenty of natural light, a large L-shaped leather sofa, a couple of comfy armchairs, and a huge flat screen TV mounted to the wall, which is perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on the night before heading out to the parks. The second living room, located upstairs, has a U-shaped sofa and another large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. If you enjoy cooking, youll certainly love this kitchen. It has beautiful white cabinetry, lots of workspace on the granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that youd need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. And when its time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar/kitchen island, which seats up to four, or around the large dining table, which seats up to twelve people. Better yet, if you fancy some alfresco dining, head to the pool area and enjoy your meal in front of the pool. Lets talk about what this home has to offer entertainment-wise. Firstly, theres a large pool and spa at the back of the house. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. For those who want to work on their tan, there are some sunbeds dotted around the pool area. For those who want to enjoy the outdoors, but in the shade, there is a lanai with some outdoor seating. Fancy some indoor entertainment? No problem! Head to the first of two games rooms in the converted garage. Here, youll find a Star Wars themed games room complete with arcade-style video game machine, table tennis table, foosball table, air hockey table, and a large TV mounted to the wall. If that isnt enough, then head upstairs to the Minion-themed games room, complete with games table and full-sized pool table.
There are ten bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and an ensutie bathroom, complete with garden tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth bedrooms all have king-sized beds (one is even themed to Disneys Mickey and Minnie Mouse). The seventh bedroom has two queen beds. The eighth bedroom has two twin/single beds and is themed to Disneys Frozen. The ninth bedroom has bunkbeds (twin over twin) and is themed to Marvel. And the tenth bedroom has a 3-story bunkbed (twin over twin over twin) themed to Harry Potter.
