With an open floor plan, this updated Craftsman, located on a cul-de-sac in SW Bend, is light and bright and the perfect place to gather with family and friends. The living room has a 55 inch TV and is open to the dining and kitchen areas. Create a fabulous meal in the remodeled, fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel Energy Star certified appliances, modern bamboo & stainless countertops and radiant-heated floors. (Note: this home does not have a dishwasher)

The office/den with custom built-in bookcases, serves as a third bedroom/sleeping space with sliding barns doors, curtains for privacy and a full-size bed. (Please note, the area above the bookcase is open, so noise may travel.) Working remotely will be a breeze in this beautiful space. This single level home includes a third bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. A full second bathroom, with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located off the hallway. A spacious Master Suite with King bed and En suite bathroom and 43" TV is the ideal place to rest up for all of the Bend adventures that await. There is a sliding door off the Master with a bistro table to enjoy a nightcap or a morning cup of Joe.

SW Decoy boasts a fully fenced yard with a private outdoor living space to enjoy Bend's bluebird skies and starry nights. There is an outdoor dining area with a Weber grill to dine al fresco in the crisp, mountain air.
