Welcome to 5 Golden Eagle. Just a 3 minute walk t the river or a short bike ride; this retreat is in the perfect location. Enter the home into an expansive two story great room and dining room flooded with light and views of trees and bluebird skies. A cozy fireplace anchors the room with plenty of space for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. The dining room opens to the deck for al fresco dining, grilling and star gazing. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and has plenty of space for everyone to share the cooking responsibilities. With high end appliances and a fully equipped kitchen you can prepare dinner for your family or entertain your friends. Behind the home is a deck that has a gas grill and overlooks a forested backyard.

The home is less than a mile from the Deschutes River where guests can spend an afternoon fishing. Cruise around Sunriver on one of the home's provided bikes and take a ride along some of Sunriver's 40 miles of bike paths. There is dining, shopping, and seasonal ice skating at the Village (only two) miles from the home. Just 22 miles west of the resort is Mt. Bachelor, where guests can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in the winter - or disc golf, hiking and and mountain biking in the summer!
