The property manager has the upstairs level.There is a path to the sandy beach twelve houses away. Both bedrooms have ocean views. This is a very clean and comfortable place convenient to shopping and many North Shore attractions. Enjoy spectacular morning sunrises staining the ocean pink or sunsets on the Koolau Mountains. You cannot miss with this! Recently remodeled, this unit allows you to kick back and truly relax. Honolulu is only a short drive away but a world away from the feeling this ocean front home will provide. Come and experience everything at your bare feet. There are shops and markets within a 5 minute drive. The Polynesian Cultural Center is less than 5 minutes away. It's the second most visited attraction on the island. An absolute must see!! Also, a short 15 minute drive and you're at the most famous stretch of big wave surfing beaches in the world.Great place to see Whales December-February. It is also 10 minutes from the Turtle Bay Resort and their 2 PGA golf courses. Your stay at Ocean View Paradise will give you memories for a lifetime. Added bonus, fantastic massage therapist on site which you can hire.
All properties are individually owned and furnished but will come with a basic sundry starter kit for at least 2 loads of dishes and laundry, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a 2-3 garbage bags for the kitchen, 2-3 garbage bags for the bathroom, hand soap for the bathroom and dish soap for the kitchen. Properties are not re-stocked like hotel rooms and for visits longer than 3-4 days, it is recommended that guests procure additional items necessary for personal use. Guests also need to bring personal toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel/soap.

I stayed five nights at the ocean view paradise beach house. I loved our stay, it's a paradise. There were 4 of us, the flat is cosy and kept very clean. Derrick and Rachel are wonderful hosts. Derrick was very helpful about places to see, the best places to eat at. Turtle Bay is a very short drive from the house. We will go back and stay here again. Oh, and don't be afraid of eating at the food trucks, the shrimp is some of the best I've ever eaten.

We had a fantastic time. We were a little hesitant at first doing this type of rental as apposed to a resort but are so glad we went with Ocean Paradise. It was very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Derrick and Rachel are lovely people and Derrick is great at helping out to get you to places he feels you would enjoy. The location is beautiful and having the pool to sit around was a bonus. If we were to go back to Oahu this is definetly where we would stay. The home was spotless. The rental was clean and well maintained. The view is something you can't believe until you see it...it's amazing! The owners are amazing! We were there during the first of the two hurricanes recently and they went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable and knew what was happening weather wise. They have continued to be a source of knowledge about the island(s) which has made our stay even better. Our stay here was wonderful. We couldn't ask for more gracious hosts. The location is about an hour away from Honolulu, so if you have a lot of activities planned in that area, be prepared for the additional time required. Otherwise, you couldn't ask for a better spot. The views from the property are outstanding! The pool is a definite bonus. Derek is full of local information and encourages you to give him a call any time with questions. Definitely book a message with Rachel. Walk to the beach, grocery store, shops, restaurants, movie theater, and (what we found to be) the best shave ice that we had on the island. This is a truly amazing place! Accommodations are wonderful and the owners upstairs are truly wonderful people who are filled with great tips for things to do and see.
