Manuela is a quiet spacious home, in charming Kailua town. This non-smoking home has 1400 square ft of living quarters. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home with a front patio and small yard safe for your children. Living and Dining room equipped with a spit A/C for your comfort. All bedrooms have air conditioning as well!!!

Kailua beach is about a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk. We take pride in our home and will make sure you enjoy your stay with us. There are many places to go see, eat, and enjoy within minutes. Home has 1 carport parking stall with street parking as well.

**All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags. Should you run out it is the guests responsibility to supply themselves for their stay.

**ALL QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS THEY DO HAVE TO ATTEND WORK/SCHOOL.

Extra person Fee of $25 per night per person after the 6th guest.

*High Chair can be provide for addition fee - $10 per night
Pack n Play can be provided for additional fee - $15 per night

This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time.


The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.

Rates

$495 per night. 40% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $412.87 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
