This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom beachfront home pampers you with a large, well-appointed kitchen, upstairs master suite with soaking tub and killer views. A large living room and dining room invite your Ohana to gather. The private den is ideal for curling up with a book, and so much more. From the kitchen, hear the birds sing, and the crashing of waves only steps from your retreat in paradise. Feel the sea breeze as it drifts lazily through your oasis.Nestled among palm trees and tropical gardens, Tranquility sits right on Kailua Beach. Enjoying one of the best locations in Kailua, Tranquility is only steps away from the iconic Kalapawai Market and Kailua Beach Park, and is a 5 minute drive from the shops and restaurants of downtown. The massive lawn invites any number of sporting activities. 1 bedroom downstairs has AC.

Extra person Fee of $25 per night per person after the 6th guest.

This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time.


The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.

Rates

$925 - $1,450 per night. 40% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $1,500.00 security deposit. $937.80 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

Reviews

  • The house is literally just in front of the beautiful Kailua Beach. The house has an side door access to a toilet and shower, so you can always go back to the house when necessary while you are enjoying your day at the beach. It is clean and simply but beautifully decorated, and towels, kitchen and dining items are plentifully there for use. The floors are clean, and you can enjoy the Hawaii-style "barefoot" living with no concern. The backyard is with well maintained lawn, so you can just walk barefoot from the house to the beach through the yard. We also enjoyed workouts, playing catch and other activities as it is large enough. Body boards, some floats, and beach chairs are ready to use as well as a large barbecue grill. The point that may be improved is the house gets quite warmed up during the day, and there is only one room (a bedroom) with air-conditioning. There is no A/C in living room, so especially in the evening and at night you feel quite hot. Someone also commented, but some birds have nests in the bushes, and they make noise at night. Only at night. Quite noisy. If the key to the side door to the bathroom is provided, you would feel more comfortable and secure when enjoying the beach with your entire family.

  • We really enjoyed our time in Tranquility Beachfront. The views and beach access can't be beat. The house was well stocked with towels, kitchen items, beach items etc. A few suggestions: -I don't think the BBQ works-we could not get it to light. -The pull-out bed in the den is not usable due to the mattress in the couch which was a shame. The room is on the beach side so we really wanted to use it for sleeping. -We couldn't find a full size broom or Swiffers (both useful for a stay of a week).

Thank you for your comments! We had the bbq replaced. We had the springs in the bed fixed and added on a matress topper, hopefully this helps. We also purchased a broom for the guests to use. Again, thank you for the great information, without this kind of input we wouldn't know if things are happening or need changing. Thank you!

  • Great, except for the 20 or so drunks that were partying on the beach with a bonfire yelling and screaming from midnight till 2AM+/-.

Aloha, My apologeis you had to go throught that!! As I mentioned to you before should you ever encounter a situation like that please do call the police. They will come and break that up as that is not permitted on any beach here in Hawaii. Again, I hope you had a great stay!
