Walk to Anini Beach in just 8 minutes. Stroll across the little foot bridge to the Westin and find a Starbucks, a small convenience store, and dining options. The Princeville shopping center - with its numerous shopping and dining selections including grocery store and wine shop - is just 0.9 miles away, either a quick little drive or a pleasant 15 minute walk. You'll enjoy the ocean, mountain, and golf course views from Puamana, and there's a swimming pool as well. The scenic beaches of north shore Kauai are just minutes away - you can be lying on the warm white sand of Hanalei Bay in 10 minutes!

Puamana 25B offers a generous 1550sf of living space. There are two private bedrooms and a third loft bedroom, all elegantly updated and furnished with queen bed. Downstairs, the master bedroom has a remodeled en suite bathroom with vessel sink, large tiled shower equipped with grab bar, bench, and hand-held shower. Upstairs you'll find beautiful new wood flooring throughout the second and third bedrooms. The second bathroom is also newly remodeled and includes vessel sink, generously sized tile and glass shower enclosure with bench and grab bar, and access from either the second bedroom or the hallway leading to the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is also newly remodeled with new countertops and beautiful light wood cabinetry. The dining table can seat 8 people, and there's room for two more on bar stools at the kitchen island. About Anini Beach: Anini is the longest and widest reef in the Hawaiian Islands and because of the unique conditions, the beach usually has well protected waters and some of the most consistently good conditions for safe water activities. There is no lifeguard posted at Anini Beach, but it is still considered to be one of the safer beaches on north shore Kauai. Generally uncrowded, at Anini Beach visitors can enjoy snorkeling, beach walks, picnicking, paddle boarding and wind surfing. The path from these Princeville condos to Anini Beach has lots of scenic views. It can be slippery following rain.
