The total number of persons allowed in the property at any time is restricted to the stated limit for each property. Renter must disclose the number of persons in his party as well as the name of every member of his party. ESSV reserves the right to refuse entry or to expel persons not named as members of Renters party. If this limit is exceeded, then excess occupancy fees or eviction without refund is the penalty.
No events, parties, weddings or other gatherings are allowed without express prior written permission from ESSV. Renter may not engage in any activities that disturb the quiet enjoyment of others; In addition to the rent, an event, party, wedding or gathering fee will be charged when and if permission is granted. Fees are subject to negotiation; a typical fee is equivalent to the rent for one night for the subject property.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be a minimum age of 25 to rent a privately owned villa or condominium through ESSV. You must be a minimum age of 21 to rent a car and have a major credit card. Surcharges may apply for drivers ages 21-24.
