This home is mere minutes away from all major theme park attractions, shopping, and restaurants. A winding palm lined entrance leads you to our villa which sleeps up to 8 people and is fully equipped to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

***Please note that this house has camera's outside the house facing the front door, driveway, both sides of the house. NO camera's are in the living and pool area.***

GAMEROOM

To keep you entertained we have located a gameroom in the garage area. Including a pool table, foose ball and basketball. Please that parking motor bikes and cars aren't allowed in the garage.

Motor vehicles / trailers / heavy objects are prohibited in this garage.

The garage floor in this property has been painted and sealed . Its sole purpose is for guests to use it for a games room only.

The floor is not strong enough to take the weight of any type of motor vehicle / trailer or heavy objects.

After a long day at the theme parks, exploring, golfing or on a free day, enjoy relaxing in the private pool or play in the games room. These homes are the right size for your group. Included with this home are all the resort community features. You will have a vacation that will always be remembered!Please note you can also pre-book the pool heat for your home for an extra fee.

Orlando International Airport is located 30 minutes from the resort.

Clubhouse entrance near the front gate with free parking includes:

Fully staffed Guest Services Desk (general resort questions and to buy theme park tickets, rent sports equipment)

Gym, sauna, and clubroom featuring table and chairs along with a business center with computer and printer

Playground for the kids, heated pool and outdoor spa (no lifeguard on duty). Pool area provides a wonderful view of a nearby lake and surrounding woods, pool deck includes many lounge chairs and seating areas. Staffed Tiki Bar provides food and drinks.

Bicycle rental, sand volleyball court, basketball, pickle-ball and tennis court available (see Guest Services Desk attendant to rent and inquire about equipment)

11-acre Nature Trail directly behind the townhome and located within the gated community grounds. Escape the hustle and bustle and experience solitude and tranquility just a few steps away from your door.

The resort does allow Uber, Lyft, and other ride-sharing companies to pick up here at the resort. Save time and money by leaving your car here.

Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.
