Sec 48-04, owners cannot allow amplified sound from their tenants that disturbs or causes a nuisance to neighboring properties. While tenants can be fined under the Union County Amplified Sound Ordinance, property owners are responsible for amplified sound that causes a nuisance to neighboring properties under this ordinance. *
Union County Pet Ordinance
If the vacation property is not fenced, permitted pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside

A cozy bedroom with two sets of bunk beds makes the perfect spot for kids to enjoy along with a King bedroom that could another master bedroom for a third couple. This Cabin has an abundance of space for your family and friends to appreciate. The hot tub is drained and cleaned after each reservation and is ready for use upon your arrival. This holiday rental has plenty of entertainment, a slate pool table, foosball, and xbox gaming system with a Bose surround sound system for all to enjoy.
