Hilo Lagoon Centre is a mid-century modern building in downtown Hilo, Hawaii Island. Our condo unit 707 offers sweeping views of Mauna Loa, Mauna Kea mountains and the vibrant downtown area. Inside you have two suites flanking the main living area with kitchen. Furnishings are timeless design with wood and a natural wallpaper in the living room, its a perfect fit for business or leisure. One bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The entire condo is air conditioned with three thermostats and air handlers (one in each bedroom, plus the living room).

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove/range, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster, and plenty of plates etc. for 4 guests. There are also three small balconies to dine al-fresco and enjoy the view. There is one dedicated parking space, elevator, and outdoor condo pool.

Hilo is a historical town with a growing number of restaurants, shops, art galleries and a world famous farmers market. Minutes from shoreline activities like swimming, snorkeling, surfing , hiking, etc.

From $235 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $200.00 cleaning fee. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
