From $675 per night. 30% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $250.00 security deposit. $225.00 cleaning fee. Depending on dates of booking, additional fees may apply. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Reviews

  • Maui Sunset is an amazing resort, we had a wonderful time. But 223B was not what we were used to at the Maui Sunset. The furniture was dirty, the carpet was dirty, one of the chairs were broken, the bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock and there are ants everywhere in the kitchen and baths. The owner of this condo needs to redo a lot of it before taking anyone elses money.

Aloha! Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We will go and inspect the unit and make sure all concerns are addressed. It is our utmost importance that our units are cleaned properly! We wished we had the opportunity to have known this sooner and we could have sent the cleaner right back in. We're glad all in all your gst had a wonderful stay. P.S. Yes, a deep clean is scheduled.

  • Our family of 6 stayed in this condo for 10 days in December. We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful view of the ocean from our lanai. The condo was vert quiet and spacious. The location of the Maui Sunset was perfect - close to all the shopping. The downside to this place is that alot of the fixtures and furniture could be updated - especially the bathrooms. I'm sure the wood used throughout the condo was expensive to put in, but it makes the condo feel old. One other downside is the beach. Rather rocky and not the best to swim in. However, we just drove to any of the other sandy beaches, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again, if all 6 of us travel again. Thanks!
