Property Notice Poipu Shores AOAO Project Update (as of November 2025)
Please be advised that Poipu Shores remains temporarily closed for ongoing structural and plumbing repair work. The AOAO and HPG have extended the project completion and property reopening date to December 15, 2025, to allow for final inspections and the issuance of county occupancy permits.
Current updates include:
Building A: Structural repairs under review, with additional bathroom demo and tile replacement planned.
Building B: Structural wall corrections required following the repiping project.
Building C: Plumbing work is complete; final inspections and finish work are in progress.
Projected reopening: December 15, 2025 (subject to change pending engineering and contractor progress).
