This attractive contemporary retreat features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private lanai, plus an upstairs loft area with a queen bed, full bed, and cozy reading nook. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed, while the upstairs primary suite offers a Cal King bed and its own private outdoor space.
The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen create a welcoming gathering space that feels both spacious and comfortable. A third private lanai extends the living area outdoors, providing the perfect place to enjoy Kauai's gentle trade winds, morning coffee, or an evening under the stars. One of Puamana 6B's greatest advantages is its exceptional location in the heart of Princeville. Guests can easily walk to both Anini Beach and Princeville Center, making it possible to enjoy some of Kauai's best attractions without getting in the car. Anini Beach, known for its calm waters, excellent snorkeling, and Hawaii's longest fringing reef, is just an easy walk away via a shaded path. Princeville Center is also within walking distance and offers grocery shopping, local dining, coffee, ice cream, and weekly community events.
The nearby Westin Resort is just a short stroll away and offers additional dining options, a Starbucks, and convenient grab-and-go items. For even more shopping, restaurants, galleries, and beach time, the charming town of Hanalei and iconic Hanalei Bay are only about 10 minutes away by car. Guests looking to explore beyond the usual tourist stops will also enjoy nearby Kilauea, home to the historic lighthouse, wildlife refuge, and several excellent local cafs.

This is a two-story home. You must be able to go up and down one flight of stairs to access the loft, second bedroom, home office area, and upstairs lanai.
