Nestled in the old growth Ponderosa trees in a hidden gem of a neighborhood, you will enjoy the South-facing covered front porch and a fenced in side yard with patio just off the dining room. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area, is perfect for gathering as a family or entertaining with friends. With a fully stocked kitchen including plenty of counter and cabinet space, you can prepare a gourmet meal and bring out your inner chef. Light welcomes you and creates a warm and inviting space.

The Master bedroom boasts a cozy, king, platform bed and private En Suite Bathroom with separation from the other two bedrooms. The bedroom in the front of the home has a comfortable, queen bed and plenty of windows with views of the gorgeous trees. The other bedroom can be used as an office or an additional sleeping area. There is an efficient work space as well as a twin daybed with trundle. A shared bath with a tub/shower combo is located between the two guest bedrooms.

There is a two car for parking, bikes and gear.

$150 - $270 per night. 50% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.
