With three bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, our spacious 1450-square-foot condo is more like a cottage or bungalow than the typical condo/hotel room you find on the island. You will enjoy a wonderful breeze and a sheltered shaded location. Also for your comfort, the home has a Quad-Zone AC system and ceiling fans to help circulate the cool air n every room. Two of our bathrooms have ceiling fans as well. Our unit is cool and very comfortable all year.

Our island home is a single-story, lower unit with no long flights of stairs or long corridors to traverse. Youll find our immaculate, tastefully decorated Condo relaxing, welcoming, and spacious, and will love the recently upgraded features. We Registrationularly touch up paint the walls and upgrade the furniture and appliances to keep our unit as pristine as possible.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Master Bedroom (one king bed); Bedroom two -(two twin beds made into a king upon request); Bedroom three (one queen bed and one queen sofa sleeper). Living Room Queen Sofa Bed. We also have a Twin Aero bed and a childs Pack N Play travel crib.

There is no carpet in the condo, and laminate flooring throughout. The condo is located 5 steps from the entrance of this building and there are no elevators. One parking stall is assigned to the unit.

Nearby Beaches to Kahana Outrigger:
1. Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills, and large grassy area.
2. Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to the shallow, reef-protected beach, childrens playground area, plenty of shade, tables and BBQ grills.
3. Pohaku Park (S-Turns): calmer during summer months, with sandy and rocky shoreline, and picnic tables.
