Luxury views and surroundings at your fingertips. This very new rental has been renovated and re-decorated for a clean, open tranquil feel. Lanikai is the place to stay in Kailua, still close to all amenities such as restaurants, shopping. Honolulu is but a drive over the mountain about 15-20 minutes and your back in the hustle & bustle of the city.
Extra person Fee of $25 per night per person after the 4th guest.

This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time.
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.

$450 per night. 40% down to hold a reservation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. $500.00 security deposit. $353.89 cleaning fee. 4% processing fee. Listed rates do not include tax. Holiday and peak season rates and required length of stay may be different than quoted above. Credit cards, cash, checks and wire transfers accepted. Minimum night stay varies amongst the various rental units. Many rentals have 30-night minimums.

The lanikai cottage was a lovely little cottage that has been renovated in a beautiful simple style sympathetic to the area. It was as described and shown in the photos, and clean and tidy. The kitchen was wonderful and there was plenty of room for the kids to play outside, along with a few indoor kids toys. It was lovely to take a short walk across the road and down the little path to swim, or a few blocks walk/drive down to the sandy section of lanikai beach. Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here.
