Aloha, and welcome to our spacious one-bedroom, two-bath gem: Wailea Elua #302. Our spectacular, top floor, end-unit features vaulted ceilings and is situated one of the highest points in all of Wailea Elua with expansive ocean views from the living room, kitchen and the bedroom, that include views of Lanai, West Maui and sunsets over the Pacific. Not to be missed during whale season, breaching and spouting whales can be viewed from our spacious lanai, which is surrounded with a clear glass railing that opens up the view to the ocean from every viewpoint in the condo.
The large, open floorplan was recently updated with luxury, contemporary furnishings, which include bamboo, Koa and Mango solid wood furniture, Hawaiian art work and decorations, including from local artists such as Tracy Dudley and Greg Eaves, and from Mauis Hot Island Glassworks. The living room includes a queen-sized murphy bed in the alcove, a 75-inch flat-screen, smart TV with sound bar, and an ultra-quiet, bamboo ceiling fan.
Our kitchen is well appointed, as we are both avid cooks, and our updated kitchen includes granite countertops, Bosch and GE appliances and Crate and Barrel dishes, glasses and flatware. Dining options include an indoor table for four, adjacent to the kitchen, or an outside table for four on the lanai.
The bedroom is large and features a California king sized bed, plush mattress pad, an assortment of pillows, an ultra-quiet, bamboo ceiling fan and a 55 inch flat-screen, smart TV. The ensuite bathroom and the second bathroom both include showers with glass doors.
The condo includes a washer and dryer, beach bags, beach chairs, a cooler, tennis and pickleball equipment, as well as bocce balls- all for your use. Our bookshelves include some of our favorite books and authors, as well as games and puzzles for your enjoyment. Should you decide to leave the condo, the walk down to the main oceanside pool pavilion, which overlooks the ocean, the beach and the famous, oceanside Wailea Beach Path are just a quick stroll through our gated and meticulously landscaped property. Look for and enjoy limes, oranges, bananas and pomelos while visiting Elua 302.
